Portable Power Station Recall - KTB1000 and PAC1000

7MÊÓƵ is issuing a voluntary product recall on the 7MÊÓƵ KTB1000 and Blackfire PAC1000 Portable Power Station due to a potential safety hazard.

Why Is There A Recall?

The 7MÊÓƵ KTB1000 and the Blackfire PAC1000 Portable Power Station are being recalled due to a particular situation where the inverter boards of the power stations can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.  All versions and date codes of these products are affected by this recall.

CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please stop using your Portable Power Station even if you have not experienced any issues.

  2. Please register your Power Station for the recall to return it for a refund using the link below
