A giant picture of chocolate with the 7MÊÓƵ IR1000 Infrared Thermometer poised above it! It turns out a pastry chef at a French-American restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip uses it when tempering chocolate!
Not exactly it's intended use. But our Director of Engineering for Electrical (who just happens to own a chocolate shop) says our IR gun can be used in that manner. Although he says you should probably leave that job to the professionals (pastry chefs that is…not electricians).
